Common Language
I take complexity out of the discussion, using common language and visuals to communicate. Over the course of my career, I helped organizations solve problems by combining people, process, data and technology capabilities to deliver results. I leverage problem solving skills (love white boards!) with strengths in relationship building, process optimization, org change management and approachable leadership traits to deliver outcomes. Whiles strategies are essential, it is critical to translate into actionable components, utilizing a transformational and cross functional mindset (sprinkling in a sense of humor along the way).

This focus areas continues to evolve due to information security standards, requiring a structured set of policies, procedures, processes, and roles that define how an organization collects, stores, manages, and uses its data, ensuring its quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations, by clearly outlining responsibilities for data ownership, access controls, and usage across the entire data lifecycle.
